We file chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy cases in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.   We offer free in-office as well as phone or Skype consultations with an experienced bankruptcy attorney.  Our Chicago Bankruptcy office is close to the US Bankruptcy Court, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 trustee meeting rooms.   Once you meet with us, we can do much of the case work online though our secured client portal.  You will meet with us one more time to sign your bankruptcy petition and schedules, then we will attend your bankruptcy hearing (called a 341 Meeting, or Trustee Meeting) with you.   In most instances, you would not be required to attend any court hearings with the judge, we can handle a majority of those for you, although you are welcome to come too!
