Bankruptcy

Our practice area of focus at Leeders Law is consumer bankruptcy.   We handle consumer bankruptcy cases for consumers and small businesses.   Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases are our focus.  You can find us meeting with clients throughout the city of Chicago and suburbs.  We have locations close to you.   As always, we offer free consultations to discuss your case.

Personal Injury

Leeders Law attorneys have also helped clients with personal injury cases.   Among those cases we he handled are car accident cases, slip and falls, nursing home injuries and workers compensation cases.  Nonetheless, we handle all types of injury cases though, so don’t hesitate to contact us to review yours.   Be aware, time is of the essence in these matters as there are statute of limitations that can limit your time for filing a case.    Contact us immediately to discuss these matters.

Family Law

Our firm also represents people going through a divorce and those that may need representation regarding child support or custody matters.    Even if the parties think it is an uncontested divorce, it is often very useful to have an attorney handle it for you, as there are many small issues that can affect you for the next 10, 20 years, especially if you have children.

Landlord – Tenant Law

We have also represented clients with landlord tenant actions.   Skilled attorney at the firm have drafted and structured leases for small businesses.  Further, we have negotiated great lease terms for tenants.   We have also helped obtain no-compete clauses for small businesses, so that the landlord would not lease to similar businesses within a certain radius of the premises.

    Terry Leeders lives in Chicago with his wife and two children.  He graduated from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and Thomas M. Cooley Law School.  Terry enjoys coaching his children’s T-Ball team and volunteering in his community.   Terry is an avid Chicago Cubs fan.

    Terry started his legal career in 1998, where he focused his practice on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcy cases. He has met with and counseled thousands of clients about their financial needs. Terry realized that there was more he could offer each client in a small firm environment. Terry wanted to improve his client’s experience so he opened up the law firm of Leeders Law in which where he provides his clients that one on one personal service they deserve.
